Cancellation policy

Cancellations

1-Cancellations by the client with less than one month notice regarding the date of entry, the advance or payment will be lost.

2-Cancellations made with more than one month notice with respect to the date of entry, 50% of the advance or payment made as reservation will be refunded.

Cancellations or delays by the company:

1-In case of cancellation by the company, the cost of the reservation or advance will be returned to the client. (The client is satisfied and waiving any other compensation).

2-In case of delay in delivery, after two hours the client may cancel the contract if he so wishes.

 

Cancellations due to bad weather:

1-If the sea or weather conditions are not good, the customer will be given the option to change the day of the reservation. If a day is not available, the cost of the reservation will be returned, deducting the expenses caused by administrative expenses, which corresponds to 5% of the total reservation. Applicable to all those reservations made directly with Formentera Bysea.

2-Reservations made by intermediaries are governed by the cancellation policy of these intermediary companies.
